For most agencies (and some clients before they learn) small is anathema. But for us it makes supreme sense. The names on the letterhead are the names at the meetings. And there are other differences we relish. We have wrinkles. We are 145 miles from Soho House and the Groucho Club.
We work from home where costs are low, the air is better and you can park. We say what we mean, we mean what we say and tell clients if they are wasting our time or their money.
