Munchy Seeds
Description
Here at Munchy Seeds we spend all our working hours carefully blending and gently roasting premium quality seeds.
We have created seven moreish varieties, Some are sweet, some are savoury and some are hot! All are free from artificial colourings and preservatives and are packed with masses of flavour and goodness.
Seeds are an excellent natural source of essential vitamins, minerals, oils and fibre so munch on!
Our seedy snacks were originally created by my Granny
in New Zealand to keep us out of the sweetie jar.
Now based in Suffolk with my British hubby, we are continuing the family tradition of carefully blending and gently roasting seeds to produce a deliciously nutrious nibble.
It's what we consider mindful munching!
